Hudson Kiwanis Indians (9-10 Yr Old)

CONGRATULATIONS INDIANS !!!

Thank you to everyone for a successful season. I want to remind everyone that although the regular season is over, our TEAM play and success has resulted in a number 2 seed for the tournament to determine the 9 - 10 year old champions.

Our first tournament game will be on 7/21 at 6:00 PM. This is a single elimination tournament- so if we lose, we are done for the year. Our opponant will either be the Pirates or the Red Sox

From there, we will play on the 23rd, and if we advance the championship will be on the 25th at 7:00 at Oak Grove Park.

Todays tip !

Pitching Practice-

Set an old laundry basket on it's side on a chair.

Stand about 50 feet away.

Toss baseball into the basket.

Remember that you do NOT have to throw hard or fast. The important thing to remember is that once you have worked on control, the speed will come later.
